It's Supergirl Barbie!
Here is Barbie as the powerful superhero, Supergirl. Supergirl was originally Kara. Cousin of Kal-El whom we know as Superman. Her powers were identical to that of Superman. Her alter ego was Linda Danvers. After the Crisis of the Infinite Earths, the Supergirl we knew ceased to exist. Instead, another Supergirl appeared. This Supergirl was an artificial shape shifting lifeform created by a heroic Lex Luthor from another dimension.
Between the two, I prefer the Original Supergirl, Kara from Krypton.
