Did you see the movie Chicken Little? About that silly chicken little in an old favourite kiddy tale. In the original story, an acorn fell on Chicken Little's head. He was convinced that the sky is falling and had to tell the king. He told Henny Penny, Ducky Lucky, Turkey Lurkey, Goosey Loosey and a whole bunch of his pals about it and everyone panicked. Foxy Loxy came to help them or so they thought, until he brought then to his den and probably ate them up. After all, foxes do eat chickens, ducks, turkeys and geese.

Our hero Chicken Little is on a quest to redeem himself. His mission is to live down the unfortunate 'acorn' incident the one when he shouted 'The sky is falling!' All Chicken Little wants now is to wipe the humiliating incident from the town's memory forever. But just when things are starting to go his way a real piece of the sky actually does fall on Chicken Little's head. This time the sky really is falling! But given his history of hysteria Who's gonna believe him?
In the movie version, a blue and white stop sign shaped disk lands on Chicken Little's head. Chicken Little tells everyone the sky is falling but instead of causing panic, an acorn lands on his head, discrediting him, making him a laughing stock.

Here we see lots of cute school stuff with Chicken Licken and his band of misfits and the school bully Foxy Loxy (duh. Who else?)
Later, we find that the sky did fall on Chicken Lickens head, their pal is an alien and the aliens were killing everyone just to find that lost misfit. A charming story that was twisted totally into an irreverent yet hilarious movie which became a box office hit.
With the success of Chicken Little in the box office so close to Christmas, kids would probably want chicken little gifts for Christmas.
